What happens after you reach out
Tell us about your floor
Call (925) 536-0504 or send the form and tell us what the floor is and what's bothering you about it. We get back to you within one business day, and I'll usually ask a few questions so I know what to look for when I come out.
I check the floor in person
I come out myself, check what's on the floor now and how the concrete under it is doing, then walk you through the options. You get a written estimate that explains why I'd pick one system over another, free and with no pressure to book.
Prep first, then the floor
Before we schedule, we check with the city or county office for your address, and if the work needs a permit we handle the application. Then we do the prep, make sure it's right, lay the floor and look it over with you at the end.
