I spent my summers through school on flooring and concrete crews, grinding slabs and mixing coatings, and I got hooked on figuring out why some floors held up and others peeled. I started this business in Concord in 2023 so I could chase that answer on every job. Homeowners call us about garages, basements and pool decks, and shops and commercial spaces call us too.

Before we suggest a coating or a polish, I look at what's already on your floor and how the concrete is holding up. That way the floor you pay for is matched to the slab under it, not picked before anyone looked.
I come out to look at every job and write the estimate myself, and I'm on site working with our crew when the job gets done. What we talked about in your garage is what happens on install day, because nothing gets passed along secondhand.

Before we schedule, we check with the city or county office for your address and take care of any permit the work needs. We go over when you can walk and drive on the floor, then our licensed and insured crew does the work with me on site.
